Job summary

Experience Senior Living LLC is seeking a Care Partner in Lone Tree, CO to join a compassionate team providing personal care and daily living support. The role includes assisting with activities, housekeeping, and laundry, with shift coverage from Sunday to Tuesday, 6pm-6am.

Training, infection control, and resident safety are emphasized throughout the role. The position offers full-time hours with competitive hourly pay, benefits, and opportunities for certification support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• CPR certification / First Aid preferred
• License / Certificate for Medication Assistance preferred per state regulations
• Able to read, comprehend and write simple communications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living according to care plan
• Perform daily housekeeping and laundry duties as assigned
• Review shift reports and communicate changes to health team
• Support residents to life enrichment programs and promote independence
• Respond promptly to resident pendant/wearable calls and emergencies
• Maintain infection control practices and protect resident confidentiality
