Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer - Overnight Concierge in Scottsdale, AZ. You will serve at the front desk of a commercial real estate location, welcoming tenants and guests, monitoring access, and supporting security operations.

Position Type: Full Time. Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour. Schedule includes overnight shifts; you will respond to incidents and maintain accurate records as part of a professional, collaborative team focused on safety and service.

Formación

• Two years of security-related experience.
• Guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check as per laws.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a professional, welcoming presence at the front desk of a commercial real estate location while delivering customer service in accordance with site-specific policies and procedures.
• Monitor visitor access, greet tenants and guests, verify authorization as required, and maintain accurate visitor and access-related records.
• Answer phones, direct inquiries, receive deliveries, and communicate relevant information to building management, tenants, and/or authorized personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Monitor lobby activity and access points, report unusual conditions or security-related concerns, and help to deter unauthorized access.
