Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Reception Security in SCOTTSDALE, AZ. You will welcome visitors, manage access, monitor entry activity, and provide exceptional customer service within a technology-focused corporate location.

Responsibilities include handling incidents calmly, following site security procedures, and supporting reception security operations while upholding Allied Universal’s people-first culture and integrity.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Possession of a guard card or license preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screening as required by law and policy.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-desk customer service to employees, visitors, contractors and vendors.
• Monitor access by verifying visitor credentials and maintaining records.
• Answer phones and provide directions or assistance professionally.
• Respond to incidents and security concerns calmly and escalate per policy.
• Support reception security procedures and report unusual conditions.
