Qualifications

• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screening required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, tenants, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access, verify visitor/contractor authorization, and document activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations following protocols.
• Maintain a professional presence to deter unauthorized access and disruptions.
