Job summary

Outbound Sedona, part of CoralTree Hospitality Group, is seeking a Part-Time Overnight Security team member to help ensure guest safety and property security during overnight hours.

You will patrol the property, respond to alarms and guest requests, document incidents, and support a welcoming environment while working Saturdays and Sundays 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience considered.
• Previous security, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• CPR, AED and First Aid certification preferred, or ability to obtain.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass background screening.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine overnight patrols to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests, team members and property.
• Serve as the primary overnight responder for alarms, guest requests, medical situations, and other emergencies.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information and incidents.
• Investigate security incidents and prepare clear, objective reports documenting findings and actions taken.
• Identify and address immediate safety concerns, respond promptly to incidents, and provide emergency assistance when necessary.
• Keep detailed logs, activity notes, and shift reports for accurate recordkeeping.
• Communicate updates and follow-up items to the incoming shift to support seamless operations.
• Assist guests as needed while promoting a welcoming and secure atmosphere.
• Perform other duties and special assignments as requested.

Responsibilities include conducting routine property patrols, responding to guest needs, monitoring the premises, and reporting any safety or security concerns. We are looking for a dependable, professional individual who enjoys working independently and is committed to providing a welcoming and secure environment for everyone on property.

Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays, 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a combination of education, training, and relevant experience that demonstrates the ability to successfully perform the duties of the position will also be considered.
• Previous security, hospitality, customer service, or related experience preferred.
• Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certification preferred, or the ability to obtain certification within a specified timeframe.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass applicable background screening requirements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and decisive in emergency situations.
• Excellent observation, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining a high level of accountability and attention to detail.
