Job summary

Schwan's Company is hiring for a full-time sanitation position on the 3rd shift (7pm - 4:30am) in a food manufacturing environment. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour with an additional $1.50 shift differential from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–1 year of related sanitation or food manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to follow safety standards (OSHA, GMPs) and company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate steam and high-pressure hoses to clean and sanitize equipment, tools, and facility.
• Disassemble and reassemble equipment as directed.
• Follow sanitation schedules and document routine cleaning of the facility and production line.
• Use and document chemical applications at stated concentrations.
• Verify and document correct chemicals and concentrations are used and sanitation is complete.
