Job summary

Schwan's Company is seeking a team member for the 2nd shift in a food manufacturing environment. Starting pay is $17.25 per hour with a $1.50 shift differential from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. The shift runs 4:15 PM – 1:45 AM with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–1 years of experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk on concrete floors.
• Strong manual dexterity; repetitive hand, wrist, and arm motions.

Responsibilities

• Unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods.
• Ensure products meet company and government quality standards.
• Inspect products and document waste as directed.
• Notify supervisor of quality issues and equipment problems.
• Comply with USDA, OSHA, GMP, and safety regulations.
