Schwan's Company in Fullerton, CA is seeking a full-time sanitation associate for a 3rd shift. You will operate steam and high-pressure hoses to clean equipment and facilities, follow sanitation schedules, and document chemical usage and cleaning outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 0–1 year related experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of facility cleaning procedures and safety standards (OSHA, GMPs).
• Ability to follow regulatory, customer and company sanitation policies.
• Comfortable working in hot/cold and wet/dry environments.
• Flexible availability for full-time, overtime, weekends, or alternate shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate steam and high-pressure hoses to clean and sanitize equipment and facility.
• Operate COP tank cleaning equipment and disassemble/reassemble equipment as directed.
• Follow sanitation schedules and document routine cleaning and chemical use.
• Verify chemicals and concentrations and document completion of cleaning to meet micro tests.
