Qualifications

• Active RPSGT credential required.
• BLS/CPR current or willingness to obtain before start.
• Experience performing PSG studies and maintaining signal quality.
• Strong patient communication and ability to work independently overnight.
• Accurate documentation and reliable attendance.

Responsabilités

• Prepare patients for sleep studies and explain procedures clearly.
• Perform and monitor overnight PSG studies per AASM standards.
• Apply and adjust sensors; troubleshoot signals/artifacts.
• Document study details thoroughly (history, observations, events).
• Provide patient safety monitoring and respond appropriately to urgent situations.
• Clean/disinfect rooms and equipment; follow infection control protocols.
• Maintain supplies and help ensure equipment readiness.
• Collaborate with providers and team members to support smooth operations.
• Assist with additional sleep services as needed (e.g., PAP titrations/split-night studies).
