Job summary

BetterNight is seeking a RPSGT/Sleep Technician to join the Epoch & Clinical team. This full-time role requires conducting sleep studies, educating patients, and ensuring proper setup and calibration of equipment in our on-site clinics.

Responsibilities include applying sensors, scoring sleep stages, performing HSAT & PAP titration, and generating accurate preliminary reports to support diagnosis and treatment decisions.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Polysomnography Technologist (RPSGT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with MA license; SDS certification preferred.
• Current CPR (in-person BLS) Certificate.
• Ability to work overnight shifts.
• Willingness to work at multiple on-site locations (Lincoln, RI / Dartmouth, MA / Leominster, MA).

Responsibilities

• Prepare for sleep studies by reviewing patient history, verifying orders and following center protocols.
• Apply electrodes and sensors and calibrate equipment for testing.
• Perform PAP titration, HSAT, and other sleep studies per protocols.
• Score sleep stages and events with alignment to AASM standards.
• Generate preliminary reports and ensure accurate data quality and documentation.
