Chateau Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Rochelle Park, NJ, is seeking an RN Nurse Supervisor – Cart Nurse for overnight leadership. You will oversee nursing operations, support clinical staff, and ensure residents receive safe, compassionate care.

This full-time night role requires NJ RN licensure, at least 2 years in long-term care, and supervisory experience. You will work with the DON/ADON to maintain clinical standards and regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, clinical, and communication skills required.
• Ability to supervise overnight nursing staff and maintain standards.
• Must be able to make independent clinical decisions overnight.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight nursing operations with DON/ADON to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Supervise nursing staff and CNAs, ensure adherence to policies and standards.
• Conduct daily rounds to monitor resident care and staff performance.
• Provide clinical guidance and support to nurses and CNAs during the shift.
• Address care concerns, emergencies, and staffing issues promptly.
• Assist with surveys and ensure readiness for inspections.
• Ensure timely completion of nursing documentation and reports.
• Promote a safe, resident-centered environment.
