The position is full-time (3pm-11pm) with a salary of $110,000 annually. Candidates should have a New Jersey RN license and a track record in long-term care leadership.

Qualifications

• Current, valid RN license in New Jersey is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive nursing experience in long-term care.
• Leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing operations and provide staff support.
• Ensure nursing staff adhere to responsibilities and uphold high standards of care.
• Assist with facility surveys and maintain regulatory readiness.
