Chateau Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Rochelle Park, NJ is seeking an RN Nurse Supervisor – Cart Nurse to lead overnight nursing operations. This full-time role supports clinical staff, ensures compliant and high-quality resident care, and partners with the DON/ADON to maintain regulatory readiness.

The ideal candidate holds an active New Jersey RN license with at least 2 years in long-term care and prior supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Current, valid RN license in New Jersey.
• Minimum of 2 years in long-term care/skilled nursing.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight nursing operations with the DON/ADON.
• Supervise and support nursing staff while ensuring adherence to policies and standards.
• Conduct daily rounds to monitor resident care, staff performance, and clinical practices.
• Provide clinical guidance and support to nurses and CNAs during the shift.
• Address resident care concerns, emergencies, and staffing issues promptly.
• Assist with facility surveys and maintain readiness for inspections.
• Ensure accurate and timely nursing documentation and reports.
• Promote a safe, professional, resident-centered environment.
