Job summary

Saks Global in the United States is seeking a Night Shift Returns Coordinator for our distribution center. You will ensure merchandise reaches destination timely, work with leadership on problem resolution, and maintain inventory accuracy without direct reports.

Role requires attention to detail, ability to work independently, strong communication with partners and leaders, willingness to learn new skills, and basic computer/WMS and RF scanner proficiency.

Qualifications

• Must have strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication with leadership, partners and customers.
• Willingness to learn new skills and processes.
• Experience using RF scanners or similar devices.
• Able to work a pre-set schedule.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with warehouse software.
• Able to stand for the full shift and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform all functions of the department including processing, material handling, and problem resolution
• Problem solving receipt issues to outside business partners.
• Prioritize freight to achieve daily goals
• Verify merchandise is received correctly
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards
