Saks Global is seeking a Night Shift IC/QA Specialist to ensure accuracy and quality from receiving to shipping. The role reports to the Manager of Quality Assurance/Inventory Control and requires flexibility for Sunday-Thursday evening hours.

Responsibilities include compiling reports, verifying records, maintaining professional communication, and using MS Office at a detailed level. The position supports both office and warehouse environments and offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Compile and compose various reports in support of department objectives.
• Check and review records and/or processes for accuracy and make corrections as needed.
• Maintain polite and professional communication with coworkers and customers.
• Input and review data using reporting systems and computer applications.
• Adhere to safety standards and work overtime as required.
• Assist in inventory control and QA tasks across office and warehouse environments.
