Job summary

IKEA in Renton, WA is hiring a warehouse associate to support order fulfillment across sales channels, receiving goods, stocking, and inventory accuracy, with an overnight shift pattern.

You will operate scanners, manage IT systems, and certify powered equipment while delivering a high-quality customer experience. This permanent, full-time role offers a strong benefits package and a flexible, open schedule.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in high-volume warehouse or receiving/replenishment.
  • Physical demands: lifting up to 50 lbs, pushing/pulling, sliding/transferring.
  • Certification in at least one power mobile equipment (forklift, electric pallet jack, etc.) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Contributing to the fulfillment of customer orders in different sales channels in the retail store by ensuring an efficiently executed product availability and replenishment process.
  • Receiving inbound goods and ensures inventory accuracy at point of receiving.
  • Moving product to final selling location (in storage or on the floor in all areas).
  • Performing sales space replenishment with flexibility and according to visual merchandising guidance.
  • Pick and preparing customer orders within the agreed timeframe to secure an excellent customer experience.
  • Handling goods (unloading, transporting, replenishing, stocking in, stocking out, picking, loading).
  • Operating scanner equipment and inventory management tools including IT systems
  • Certifying all powered mobile equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks

What you'll be doing day to day

JOB TYPE – Permanent

HOURS - 20-34 hours per week /Benefits Eligible

SHIFTS – Fully open work schedule availability including weekends required; Shifts are overnight between the hours of 12:00am-10:30am; Work schedules are published one month in advance

The pay range for this role is $24.72-$33.19/hour

The anticipated posting closing date is on or around 10/4/26
