• 2–4 years of retail experience.
• Willingness to work overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Delegates tasks and directions to Outfitters and follows up for proper execution.
• Maintains adherence to SOPs and provides training when needed.
• Maintains visual standards and planograms, displays, and recoveries.
• Overnight replenishment from backstock and DCs.
• Supports inventory management with counts, scans, and requests.
• Coordinates Special Events, pricing, and UPC integrity.
• Assists with staffing, scheduling, coaching, and performance.
• Ensures breaks and meals comply with regulations.
• All other duties as assigned.
