Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking an Overnight Supervisor to lead Outfitters on the overnight shift. Under the Management team you will direct tasks on the sales floor, handle replenishment, merchandise presentation, seasonal resets and price change execution.

You will support inventory counts, coordinate special events, ensure SOP adherence, train and coach associates, and schedule weekly workloads to maintain a positive, productive environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2–4 Retail Years experience.
• Overnight availability.

Responsibilities

• Directs tasks to team members and ensures proper execution.
• Ensure SOPs are followed and provide training as needed.
• Maintain in-store signage and planograms for merchandise presentation.
• Overnight replenishment from backstock and Distribution Centers.
• Support inventory counts and UPC integrity with Inventory Control.
• Coordinate special events, pricing, and display accuracy.
• Staffing, scheduling, coaching, and performance input.
• Ensure breaks and lunches per regulations.
• ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.
