Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking an Overnight Task Team Outfitter to support overnight operational functions across the store campus. The role focuses on non-selling tasks to enable efficient completion and provide legendary customer service during overnight hours.

You will replenish inventory, assist with planograms, price changes, and merchandising, and support omni fulfillment during peak times. Physical work and lifting up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Two years of experience required.

Responsibilities

• Replenish inventory across multiple departments.
• Execute price changes, tagging, signage, and inventory adjustments.
• Support visual merchandising and planogram maintenance.
• Assist omni fulfillment during peak periods.
• Perform general recovery, including folding, repackaging, and re-hanging items.
