Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking an Overnight Supervisor to lead Outfitters during the overnight shift, directing tasks on the sales floor, replenishment, and merchandising execution.

You will support inventory control, pricing integrity, and special events while coaching associates and ensuring compliance with company policies and laws. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and customer service in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of retail experience required.
• Must be available to work overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Directs Outfitters on the overnight shift with clear direction and follow-up.
• Maintain visual presentation standards and planograms.
• Replenish from backstock and distribution centers; manage pricing and UPC integrity.
• Support inventory counts and display integrity; assist with events and signage.
• Assist with staffing, training, and scheduling; coach and motivate associates.
• Ensure breaks and lunches comply with state and local regulations.
