Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Wheeling, WV is seeking an Overnight Task Team Outfitter to support the store operations during overnight hours. The role focuses on non-selling tasks to free up Sales Outfitters for legendary customer service and selling opportunities.

Responsibilities include replenishment across departments, inventory checks, price changes, merchandising, planogram compliance, and omni fulfillment support. This position requires lifting up to 50 lbs and works overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of experience.
• Ability to use System Two and RF/Gizmo devices.
• Ability to identify and replenish out of stock inventory.
• Able to work overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform general replenishment across departments.
• Assist inventory counts, tagging and display integrity checks.
• Execute price changes and signage, and adjust inventory accordingly.
• Recover merchandise through folding, repackaging, and re-hanging.
• Support visual merchandising, end caps, and floor moves.
• Assist with planogram compliance and resets as needed.
• Support omni fulfillment during peak periods.
