Job summary

Bass Pro Shops Avon is seeking an Overnight Task Team Outfitter (Part Time) to support overnight operations and ensure top‑notch customer service. You will handle replenishment and merchandising tasks across Fishing, Hunting, Camping, and more to keep shelves stocked and ready for the next day’s sales events.

You will assist with price changes, signage, and inventory checks, while collaborating with leadership to maintain planograms and visual standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years of experience.
• Able to work overnight shifts.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct general replenishment across all departments.
• Support inventory management with on‑demand counts, empty peg scanning and display integrity checks.
• Perform temporary and permanent price changes including tagging and signage.
• Perform recovery tasks across departments including folding, repackaging, sorting, facing and re-hanging.
• Support planogram execution and maintenance through hardlines departments.
• Support OMNI fulfillment during peak business.
