Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking an Overnight Task Team Outfitter to support store operations and keep shelves stocked for legendary customer service. This role focuses on non-selling tasks during overnight hours to maximize efficiency and create selling opportunities for the daytime team.

You will conduct replenishment, assist with planograms, price changes, and visual merchandising while supporting inventory counts and omni fulfillment during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Minimum required: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Two years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Conducts general replenishment for all areas.
• Supports inventory management with counts and scanning.
• Performs price change execution including tagging and signage.
• Performs recovery tasks across departments (folding, repackaging, sorting).
• Supports visual merchandising and fixture updates, end caps, and resets.
• Supports planogram execution and maintenance for hardlines departments.
• Supports OMNI fulfillment during peak business.
