Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking an Overnight Task Team Outfitter to support overnight operations, replenish inventory, and enable peak-level customer service. You will assist with planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandising across departments.

The role requires working overnight and collaborating with the store team to ensure efficient task completion and a focus on selling opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years of experience in retail or related field.
• Ability to work overnight shifts and collaborate with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Perform general replenishment across departments including Fishing, Hunting, Camping, Marine/Water Sports, Apparel, Footwear, Hunt Clothing and Gifts.
• Support inventory management with on-demand counts and display integrity checks.
• Execute price changes, tagging, signage and inventory adjustments.
• Carry out recovery tasks such as folding, repackaging and facing.
• Assist visual merchandising, fixture updates and end-cap prep.
• Support planogram execution and omni fulfillment during peak periods.
• Perform all other duties as assigned
