Bass Pro Shops is seeking an Overnight Task Team Outfitter to support store operations during overnight hours. You will focus on non-selling tasks to free Sales Outfitters for legendary customer service and selling opportunities.

The role emphasizes replenishment, inventory checks, price updates, and visual merchandising across departments, with flexibility for overnight shifts and weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Two years of retail or related experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Conducts general replenishment for all departments.
• Supports inventory management with on-demand counts and display integrity checks.
• Performs price change execution including tagging and signage.
• Performs recovery tasks including folding, repackaging, sorting, facing and re-hanging.
• Assists visual merchandising and resets for ads and department displays.
• Supports planogram execution across hardlines.
• Supports OMNI fulfillment during peak periods.
• All other duties as assigned.
