Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking an Overnight Task Team Outfitter to support the store campus during overnight hours. The role focuses on non-selling tasks to free Sales Outfitters for legendary customer service and selling opportunities.

You will assist with replenishment, merchandising, pricing changes, and planogram execution across departments to ensure readiness for the next business day. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of retail experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Two years retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts general replenishment for all areas.
• Supports inventory management with on‑demand counts and displays.
• Executes temporary and permanent price changes with tagging and signage.
• Performs recovery tasks across departments (folding, repackaging, sorting).
• Supports visual merchandising and fixture updates.
• Assists planogram execution and signage maintenance.
• Supports OMNI fulfillment during peak times.
• All other duties as assigned.
