Bass Pro Shops in Short Pump, Virginia is seeking an Overnight Task Team Outfitter to support store operations and health by handling overnight non-selling tasks, enabling legendary customer service and selling opportunities.

You will perform replenishment, inventory checks, price changes, visual merchandising and planogram execution across departments, with a focus on overnight shifts and teamwork. Perfect for reliable, detail-focused hospitality and retail professionals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of experience preferred.
• Familiarity with retail replenishment and stock management.

Responsibilities

• Replenish stock across Fishing, Hunting, Camping, Apparel, Footwear and Gifts.
• Support inventory counts and display integrity with Inventory Control.
• Execute price changes, tagging, signage and inventory adjustments.
• Perform recovery tasks: folding, repackaging, sorting and facing.
• Assist visual merchandising: fixtures, end caps, signage and floor moves.
• Support planogram execution and maintenance across hardlines.
• Assist OMNI fulfillment during peak business.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
