Job summary

Survey Merchandiser is seeking independent contractors to work as Overnight Retailer Merchandisers for a 5-day project in Santa Cruz andSoquel, CA paying $19/hr. This is a retail-focused role requiring prior retail merchandising experience.

You will support a large retail reset by replacing paper price tags with electronic shelf labels and documenting progress using our app. Responsibilities include unboxing electronic shelf label kits, removing old tags, installing new labels in designated

Qualifications

• Must have proven retail merchandising experience.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Smartphone (iPhone or Android) with the Survey Merchandiser App.
• 18+, valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Business casual dress code required on site.

Responsibilities

• Unbox electronic shelf label kits and verify materials.
• Remove paper price tags from store shelves.
• Install new electronic shelf labels and tags in designated departments.
• Remove store trash and dispose of it properly.
• Palletize excess materials for pickup.

Schedule & Hours

• Pay: $19per hour
• Start Date: October 11th, 2026
• Start Time: 10:00 PM
• Shift Length: 8.5 hours (Unpaid Lunch Break)
• Arrival: Must arrive 15 minutes early

Responsibilities

• Unbox electronic shelf label kits and verify all materials are included
• Remove paper price tags from store shelves
• Install new strips, electronic shelf labels, and associated tags in designated departments
• Remove trash from the store and dispose of it in the dumpster
• Palletize excess materials for pickup

Requirements (Must Have)

• Experience:Provenretailmerchandising experience
• Physical Ability:Lift up to 50lbs; stand, walk, bend, kneel, and crouch for extended periods
• Technology:Smartphone (iPhone or Android) with the Survey Merchandiser App
• Other:18+, valid driver's license, reliable transportation
• DressCode:Business casual: closed-toe shoes, long pants, plainshirtor polo.Not allowed: shorts, tank tops, graphic shirts, sandals, dirty clothing, or personal phone use on the sales floor
