Job summary

Survey is seeking independent contractors for Overnight Retailer Merchandiser roles in Belmont, CA. The 5-day project pays $19/hr and supports a large retail reset by replacing paper price tags with electronic shelf labels, documenting progress via our app.

Responsibilities include unboxing label kits, removing old tags, installing new labels, and handling store cleanup and material palletization. Prior retail merchandising experience is required.

Qualifications

• Proven retail merchandising experience.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk/bend/kneel for extended periods.
• Smartphone (iPhone or Android) with the Survey Merchandiser App.

Responsibilities

• Unbox electronic shelf label kits and verify materials.
• Remove paper price tags from store shelves.
• Install new electronic shelf labels and related tags in designated departments.
• Remove trash from the store and dispose of it in the dumpster.
• Palletize excess materials for pickup.

Schedule & Hours

• Pay: $19per hour
• Start Date: September 27th, 2026
• Start Time: 10:00 PM
• Shift Length: 8.5 hours (Unpaid Lunch Break)
• Arrival: Must arrive 15 minutes early

• Remove paper price tags from store shelves
• Install new strips, electronic shelf labels, and associated tags in designated departments
• Remove trash from the store and dispose of it in the dumpster
• Palletize excess materials for pickup

Requirements (Must Have)

• Experience:Provenretailmerchandising experience
• Physical Ability:Lift up to 50lbs; stand, walk, bend, kneel, and crouch for extended periods
• Technology:Smartphone (iPhone or Android) with the Survey Merchandiser App
• Other:18+, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation
• DressCode:Business casual: closed-toe shoes, long pants, plainshirtor polo.Not allowed: shorts, tank tops, graphic shirts, sandals, dirty clothing, or personal phone use on the sales floor
