Job summary

S&S Fuels Management in Las Vegas is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our retail team. This hourly, non-exempt role supports store operations and delivers friendly, efficient service to customers. The CSR will handle sales, cash transactions, and basic arithmetic while ensuring a clean and safe environment.

The position requires a High School diploma or GED, prior retail/customer service experience is preferred, and punctuality is essential. All shift schedules apply.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED (preferred).
• Experience in retail sales and customer service (preferred).
• Punctual and reliable attendance.
• Basic arithmetic and cash handling skills.
• Strong English communication, both spoken and written.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary, courteous customer service and handle complaints quickly and tactfully.
• Utilize suggestive selling techniques to drive sales while maintaining rapport.
• Process all sales on cash register; handle cash and payments; follow cash handling procedures.
• Operate POS and other equipment as needed.
• Maintain site cleanliness and basic upkeep of equipment.
• Maintain proper inventory levels and shift closeouts.
• Notify management of observed dishonesty; follow procedures for shoplifters.
• Follow company policies and comply with regulations.
• Attend orientations, trainings, certifications, and meetings.
