Horseshoe Bay Resort, operated by Crescent Hotels & Resorts, is hiring an Overnight Loss Prevention Officer. This role protects guests, staff and property during overnight hours, performing patrols, monitoring systems, and responding to incidents throughout the resort.

The position emphasizes safety, detailed reporting, and coordination with EMS and security teams to maintain a secure lakeside hospitality environment in Texas Hill Country.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Texas Private Security License is required or must be obtainable.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine patrols of the resort to identify safety concerns.
• Monitor surveillance systems and coordinate overnight operations.
• Respond to medical emergencies, incidents, and guest or associate needs.
• Provide first aid/CPR and coordinate with EMS or law enforcement.
• Investigate incidents and complete detailed reports.
• Perform safety inspections of exits, lighting, alarms, and equipment.
• Assist across lodging, marina, event spaces, and common areas as needed.
• Maintain key control and process lost-and-found items.
• Complete administrative duties including reporting and data entry.
• Enforce policies with a professional presence.
