Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. in the United States is seeking a dedicated security team member to patrol resort hotel premises, protect guests and staff, and enforce hotel policies. You will document incidents, assist with emergencies, and maintain accurate records during your shift.

The role requires standing and walking up to 8 hours, overnight availability, strong communication via phone, email, and radio, basic computer skills, and a valid driver's license. CPR/First Aid is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift.
• Available for Overnight shifts.
• Must communicate effectively by telephone, email, radio and reporting.
• Must have basic computer knowledge.
• Must be able to reach various areas of the hotel/resort quickly.
• First Aid/CPR Certification is preferred.
• Must remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including day, evening, overnight shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Patrol hotel property to ensure safety of guests and employees and protect assets.
• Answer house calls to assist guests and associates with safety and hotel operations.
• Initiate and follow-up investigations of crimes against property and persons.
• Assist sick or injured guests or staff and complete documentation.
• Record and report unsafe conditions and maintain incident logs.
• Monitor visitor access and distribute badges as needed.
• Escort special guests requiring privacy through secure hotel areas.
• Coordinate with management in emergencies and lead guests and associates to safety.
• Maintain confidentiality in sensitive guest or employee matters.
