Job summary

Chico Hot Springs Resort is seeking a dependable Loss Prevention Agent for overnight shifts (9pm–7am). You will patrol the grounds, monitor hazards, respond to guest needs, document incidents, and coordinate with local responders when needed.

The role requires calm, independent work, physical fitness to handle 50 lb lifts, and outdoor readiness in all weather. CPR/First Aid credentials or willingness to obtain them are required.

Qualifications

• Reliable and self-directed, able to work overnight (9pm–7am).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Physically able to walk/stand long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and navigate stairs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Basic computer skills and ability to follow written/verbal instructions.
• Current CPR/First Aid certifications or ability to obtain training.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Patrol the resort grounds to ensure safety for guests and staff.
• Monitor for fire and safety hazards; secure buildings and storage areas.
• Respond to guest or employee needs with professionalism and care.
• Document shift activity and incidents for management.
• Maintain property upkeep during overnight hours; clean and order common areas.
• Assist in emergencies and coordinate with local responders.
• Represent Chico Hot Springs with courtesy and professionalism.
