NARA Northwest is seeking compassionate Residential Assistants to join our Adult Residential Treatment team in Gresham, Oregon. You will support adults in a residential substance use treatment program, provide trauma-informed care, maintain safety, and help clients develop healthy routines.

This overnight role requires reliability, teamwork, and the ability to respond to emergencies, document shifts, and coordinate with staff while upholding confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Provide overnight supervision and support to clients in a residential treatment setting using trauma-informed care practices.
• Conduct routine safety checks, bed checks, and facility rounds to ensure the safety and well-being of residents.
• Drive clients to appointments, as requested.
• Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment while enforcing program rules and expectations.
• Respond to emergencies, behavioral concerns, and resident needs.
• Complete documentation, including shift logs, incident reports.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with agency policies and regulations.
• Assist with morning wake-up routines.
• Light housekeeping, filing, and other duties to support residential operations.
