The role emphasizes accountability, documentation, and respectful, boundary-driven care for adults in recovery, with a focus on building skills toward long-term wellness.

Qualifications

• Provide overnight supervision using trauma-informed care practices.
• Maintain safety and structure with residents in recovery.
• Complete documentation per policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Overnight safety checks, bed checks, and rounds.
• Drive clients to appointments as requested.
• Enforce program rules while maintaining a therapeutic environment.
• Respond to emergencies and resident needs.
• Administer medications and complete shift logs.
• Maintain confidentiality and support residential operations.
• Assist with wake-up routines and light housekeeping.
