Responsibilities

• Provide overnight supervision and trauma-informed support to youth in a residential treatment setting.
• Conduct routine safety checks, bed checks, and facility rounds to ensure safety and well-being of residents.
• Drive clients to appointments, as requested.
• Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment while enforcing program rules and expectations.
• Respond to emergencies, behavioral concerns, and resident needs.
• Medication administration.
• Complete documentation, including shift logs, incident reports, and communication records.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with agency policies and regulations.
• Assist with morning wake-up routines.
• Light housekeeping, filing, and other duties to support residential operations.
