Job summary

Elijah Rising is a Christian non-profit organization dedicated to safety and restoration for survivors of sex trafficking. The Overnight Residential Coordinator ensures a safe, therapeutic evening environment for residents of the Restoration program, coordinating with care teams to maintain stability and security during 7p–7a (or 8p–6a) shifts up to 3 times per week.

Qualifications

• Must have strong written and verbal communication.
• Extremely detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Must manage time effectively and meet weekly deadlines.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Able to interact with residents, staff and volunteers empathetically.
• Proficient with basic computer tasks and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Maintain order and safety for residents, staff, and visitors.
• Oversee daily household tasks and weekly chores within budget.
• Assist in meal planning, shopping, and preparation.
• Track supplies and auxiliary materials; manage stipend disbursements.
• Communicate effectively with Care Team and Residential Manager.
• Document activities and update records in software daily.
