The Overnight Resident Supervisor at Healing House provides supervision and support to residents during overnight shifts when House Leaders are not available. This role ensures the safety and well-being of residents, maintaining a structured and supportive environment.

Responsibilities include bed checks, documenting behavioral issues, monitoring medications, resolving conflicts, and maintaining accurate logs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Overnight Resident Supervisor provides supervision and support to residents during overnight shifts when House Leaders are not available. This role ensures the safety and well-being of residents, maintaining a structured and supportive environment.
• - Ensure all bed checks are performed per policy and procedures.
• - Document all behavioral issues or problems that occur during the shift.
• - Monitor residents as they take their prescribed medications and ensure the Medication Log is completed.
• - Provide conflict resolution to assist residents in resolving disputes or conflicts.
• - Perform Urinalysis Drug Tests when required, following proper protocols.
• - Conduct daily house laundry if necessary.
• - Ensure house snacks are stocked and readily available for residents.
