Elijah Rising is seeking an Overnight Residential Coordinator to maintain a safe, therapeutic environment for residents during evening to early-morning hours. You will collaborate with Care Team and Residential Manager to ensure optimal care and secure housing operations.

The role requires strong communication, detail-orientation, and CPR/AED certification; duties include activity facilitation, medication logs, and coordination of transportation within budget constraints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience in trauma care preferred.
• Must have strong communication and writing skills.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to manage time effectively.
• CPR/AED certification required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and order for residents, staff, and visitors.
• Supervise meals, budgeting, and household tasks.
• Oversee program activities, group sessions, and transportation needs.
• Document daily notes and medication logs.
• Facilitate group activities and spiritual activities as needed.
