Vista Prairie Communities is seeking a caring Resident Assistant for the overnight shift at Vista Prairie at Ridgeway in New Ulm. You will be the night-time aide from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, ensuring residents rest safely and care plans are followed.

The role involves personal care, mobility assistance, and medication support as trained. Base pay ranges from $19.19 to $22.25 per hour, with +$2 overnight and +$3 weekend differentials.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and follow written and verbal directions.
• Preferred: prior experience as a resident assistant, CNA, or in a caregiving role.
• Preferred: training in a health-related field.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety.
• Administer or assist with medications per care plan and training.
• Check in on residents regularly and respond when they call for help.
• Build real relationships with residents and monitor changes in condition.
