Vista Prairie Communities in Redwood Falls, MN is seeking a Resident Assistant to provide compassionate, resident-centered care with dignity and respect. You will assist with personal cares, mobility, and medication support per care plans in an overnight, full-time role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Training in health-related disciplines and/or experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care with dignity and respect.
• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Support residents with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Administer or assist with medications per care plans and training.
• Build positive relationships and create meaningful moments with residents.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and requests.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to staff.
