Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Branson, MO is seeking an Overnight Task Team Outfitter to support the store campus health and operations, focusing on non-selling tasks during overnight hours to free Sales Outfitters for legendary customer service and selling opportunities.

The role covers replenishment across Fishing, Hunting, Camping, Marine, Apparel and Gifts; assists with inventory counts, price changes, display upkeep, and planogram maintenance; supports omni fulfillment during peak times; requires a

Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
Two years of retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Conducts general replenishment for all areas including Fishing, Hunting, Camping, Marine/Water Sports, Apparel, Footwear, Hunt Clothing and Gifts.
Supports inventory management with on-demand counts, scanning and display integrity checks.
Performs temporary and permanent price changes including tagging, signage and inventory adjustments.
Performs recovery tasks across departments including folding, repackaging, sorting, facing and re-hanging.
Supports visual merchandising including fixture replacement, signage updates, end caps, and shelf resets.
Supports planogram execution and maintenance across hardlines departments.
Supports OMNI fulfillment during peak periods.
All other duties as assigned.
