Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Bossier City is seeking an Overnight Task Team Outfitter to support store operations and ensure efficient non-selling tasks during overnight hours, enabling more time for customer service and selling opportunities.

You will perform replenishment, inventory counts, price changes, and recovery tasks while assisting with planogram execution and visual merchandising across departments, including OMNI fulfillment when needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of retail or stocking experience.
• Ability to work overnight shifts.
• Experience with inventory and planograms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Replenish all departments including Fishing, Hunting, Camping, Marine, Apparel, Footwear, Hunt Clothing and Gifts.
• Support inventory management with on-demand counts and display integrity.
• Execute temporary and permanent price changes with tagging and signage.
• Carry out recovery tasks across departments (folding, repackaging, sorting, facing, re-hanging).
• Assist visual merchandising and floor moves; prepare merchandise for ads and resets.
• Support planogram execution and maintenance across hardlines.
• Assist OMNI fulfillment during peak business.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
