Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking an Overnight Task Team Outfitter to support store operations and merchandise integrity during overnight hours. This role focuses on non-selling tasks to allow Sales Outfitters to provide legendary customer service.

Responsibilities include replenishment across Fishing, Hunting, Camping, Marine, Apparel and Gifts; inventory counts; price changes; signage; planogram maintenance; and omni fulfillment during peak periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of experience preferred.
• Ability to operate System Two and RF/Gizmo devices.
• Ability to review and set planograms and merchandising directives.
• Ability to work overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Replenish across Fishing, Hunting, Camping, Marine/Water Sports, Apparel, Footwear, Hunt Clothing and Gifts.
• Support inventory management with counts and display integrity checks.
• Perform price changes, tagging and inventory adjustment reviews.
• Execute recovery tasks: folding, repackaging, sorting, facing and re-hanging.
• Support visual merchandising including fixture updates and end caps; prep merchandise for ads and resets.
• Assist planogram execution and omnichannel fulfillment during peak periods.
• All other duties as assigned.
