Crouse Community Center, Inc. in New York is seeking registered nurses to join our not-for-profit, community-based care team. You will provide direct nursing and personal care, monitor residents, administer medications, and document care planning with professionalism and compassion.

What You’ll Excel At

• Providing direct nursing and personal care with professionalism, empathy, and strong clinical judgment
• Monitoring resident conditions and responding promptly to changes
• Preparing and administering medications as prescribed
• Performing accurate, timely charting in accordance with documentation standards
• Admitting, transferring, and discharging residents
• Leading and supporting LPNs, CNAs, and other unit staff
