Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking two full-time Registered Nurses (RNs) for a respected long-term care facility. One Day Shift RN and one Overnight Shift RN will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and monitor residents per care plans.

Ideal candidates hold an active NY RN license, have LTC or skilled nursing experience, and demonstrate strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills within a supportive team environment.
