Job summary

Qualifications

• RN licensure in NYS is required.
• Nursing degree from an accredited program.
• Eligibility to work in long-term care per NYS HCS guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing and personal care with professionalism and empathy.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes promptly.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as needed.
• Collaborate with LPNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Prepare and administer medications as prescribed.
• Document care accurately and timely per standards.
