Job summary

Keystone Retreat Behavioral Health is seeking an Overnight Registered Nurse in Ephrata, PA to provide direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor health needs, and support detox protocols. The role requires compassionate care and precise documentation within a clinical team.

Applicants must hold a PA RN license, a valid driver’s license, and current CPR/First Aid. Background checks, drug screens, and TB tests are required. Weekends or night shifts may apply.

Qualifications

Salary Range: $41.00 To $45.00 Hourly

This role provides direct nursing care, administers medications, monitors client health needs, supports detox protocols, completes documentation, and works closely with the medical and clinical team to ensure safe, compassionate care.

• Valid Registered Nurse license in the State of Pennsylvania
• Valid driver’s license
• Current CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain
• Successful completion of background check, drug screen, and TB test

Preferred Experience:

• Behavioral health, substance use, detox, or crisis management experience preferred
• Knowledge of COWS, CIWA, and HIPAA preferred
