Keystone Retreat Behavioral Health in Ephrata, PA, is hiring a full-time Licensed Therapist to join our residential substance use treatment team. The role involves providing individual, group, and family therapy, assessments, and discharge planning in a collaborative clinical setting.

Qualifications

Salary Range: $75,000.00 To $85,000.00 Annually

Keystone Retreat is hiring a full-time Licensed Therapist to join our residential substance use treatment team in Ephrata, PA. Keystone Retreat is not affiliated with the previous company or prior operations that resided at this location.

What You’ll Do

We are seeking licensed clinicians who are passionate about recovery, client-centered care, and making a meaningful impact.

Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and motivational interviewing. This role also includes conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, facilitating psychoeducational groups, completing timely EMR documentation, providing crisis intervention, supporting discharge planning, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary clinical team.

Accepted Licenses: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, PhD, or LSW/LAPC with CAADC.
