Job summary

Rosecrance Behavioral Health seeks a Recovery Technician to support clients in a transitional living facility. You will provide direct supervision, ensure a safe, structured environment, and build supportive relationships to promote recovery.

This part-time role (24 hours) requires a high school diploma and valid driver’s license. You will work on-site in Sioux City, IA, with an overnight shift and a $0.50 night differential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience or comfort with behavioral management or caregiving tasks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise residents and implement behavioral interventions.
• Facilitate development of independent living skills.
• Develop and present resident education.
• Oversee daily activities and house chores.
• Coordinate with staff on daily therapeutic direction.
• Lead focal group sessions as needed.
• Maintain patient service records and logs.
• Oversee medication administration when designated.
